Barton Springs Car Wash

Not sure why there's a 3.7 average. I love this place. If I don't feel like cleaning my car myself, because time is money, I spend it here. Great staff. Friendly. Gets the job done efficiently. Much like myself in my career. Quick but with massive attention to detail. The waiting area is so comfy and chill too. Whether it's outside or inside. I have moved too and still make my way here to get a car wash as for me, it's the best I've found in Austin.

I've been coming to Barton Springs Car Wash for the past four visits, and every experience has been outstanding. The service is always friendly, thorough, and the quality of their work is consistently excellent. Yesterday really stood out. I brought in my friend's car as a surprise thank-you for him. He's an Austin firefighter and hadn't washed the outside of his car in over a year—or cleaned the interior in nearly three years. The team at Barton Springs Car Wash absolutely outdid themselves. I honestly wasn't sure the car could look that good again, but they exceeded every expectation. I'm incredibly grateful for the care and attention they put into every detail. They treated my friend's car like it was their own, and seeing his reaction made it even more special. I highly recommend Barton Springs Car Wash to anyone looking for top-notch service. They've definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

I had a fantastic experience with Barton Springs Car Wash over the past couple of weeks. I recently purchased a car from a colleague, and pre-sale, he had it detailed here before I picked it up. The car looked great from the detail! While looking it over, I noticed a few paint scrapes and some paint overspray that we believe came from a nearby construction site. Javier was incredibly helpful, explaining that they work with Khristian Lee, who could take care of those issues. He also offered to help me out with the paint correction. From start to finish, every interaction I had with Javier, Khristian, and the staff inside was nothing but positive. Everyone was kind, personable, and genuinely helpful. When I got my car back, everything had been completed exactly as promised, and it looked fantastic. I really appreciate Javier, Khristian, and the entire team for their excellent customer service and quality work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for detailing or paint correction services. Thanks again, guys!

Just don’t go here. Got a basic wash & detail. They broke my passenger seat (no longer slides forward or back), and my passenger mirror within the side mirror housing dislodged itself less than a mile after leaving the car wash. My $40 car wash is going to cost me hundreds in repairs. Update 3/25: The car wash contacted me and offered to fix the seat. I was traveling so they said to bring it in when I returned. Update 4/4: I took the car in after returning from the trip and they said they wouldn’t help me because it was raining outside. The guy was literally lounging on a coach watching something on his phone and said they’re closed (even though the door & business were open and multiple workers were there).

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They killed my car - left it on the whole time, so of course the battery died. They then jumped it without asking me and they destroyed it when doing so - all the check engine lights were on when I picked it up. This was 2 days ago. I’m now sitting at an auto shop with a $300+ bill. The wash as terrible, too. I had paid $175 for an exterior and interior wash, and there was still dirt on my steering wheel and sticks in my windshield.
